• Audio that you choose to send during an active live translation session.

• Billing and subscription status handled by our payment providers.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs and device or browser information.

How We Use Information

• To provide real-time speech translation and spoken output.
• To authenticate users and manage account access, subscription status, and usage minutes.
• To maintain, debug, secure, and improve SayLango.
• To respond to support requests and important service notices.

Audio Processing

When you start a live translation session, your audio is streamed to our service providers so translation can be generated in real time. SayLango does not use microphone audio unless a live translation session is running.

Service Providers

We use trusted providers to operate SayLango, including cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI translation infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data Retention

We keep account, billing, and usage records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We aim to avoid storing raw microphone audio beyond what is required to deliver an active live translation session.

Your Choices

You can stop a translation session at any time. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your SayLango account.
